Hysterosalpingography (HSG) क्या है?

एचएसजी (Hysterosalpingography) एक प्रकार का एक्स-रे है, जो एक महिला के गर्भाशय (गर्भाशय) और फैलोपियन ट्यूब्स (संरचनाएं जो अंडा से गर्भाशय में अंडे का परिवहन करती है) की जाँच की जाती हैं I यह जाँच आपके मासिक धर्म होने के एक सप्ताह के बाद (6th , 7th & 8th days ) में किया जाता है ।

एचएसजी (HSG) टेस्ट का आदेश क्यों दिया गया है?

आपका डॉक्टर इस परीक्षा का आदेश दे सकता है यदि आपको गर्भवती होने में परेशानी हो रही है या गर्भवती समस्याएं हैं, जैसे कि एकाधिक गर्भपात (multiple miscarriages) तो Hysterosalpingography (HSG) बांझपन के कारण का पता लगाने में मदद कर सकता है|

निम्नलिखित बांझपन के कारण हो सकते है :-

  • फैलोपियन ट्यूबों की रुकावट
  • गर्भाशय में निशान ऊतक (scar tissue)
  • गर्भाशय फाइब्रॉएड
  • गर्भाशय ट्यूमर या पॉलीप्स
  • गर्भाशय में संरचनात्मक असामान्यताएं, जो जन्मजात (आनुवंशिक) हो सकती हैं या अधिग्रहीत कर सकती हैं

    Indications :-
